If you are affected, we will of course send you a proper replacement part immediately and free of charge. This is on us!
The following procedure must be observed for this:
- Plug your heat it® into your smartphone and open the heat it® app.
- Click on the "Contact" tab in the lower area. Fill out the cap order form with the information you have provided.
- We will send you your new cap as soon as possible.
